AUDIO NOTE

The Comfort Illusion, Part 2 can be approximated as an aural experience. To simulate this, I've created an audio "demo" which recreates the sound design and performance of the text.

BLURB

The Comfort Illusion is an interactive, series of monologues and dance performances investigating all the ways in which we comfort ourselves with short-term solutions to long-term problems. By exploring the calving of glaciers, core samples, mass extinctions, tsunamis, Standing Rock, tardigrades, waste, and divestment from Big Oil banks (among other topics), The Comfort Illusion charts one person’s struggle to overcome the incomprehensibility of climate change.
